Creative Administrator Direct Hire Start ASAP Pay Rate:$24-$28/hr Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision   This is a great opportunity to join a leading Sports and Entertainment company and to be a part of their Creative Department in an advanced level administrative position responsible for managing all levels of trading card projects and games up to print.  We are looking for someone with prepress production experience, resource management and organized practices. Responsibilities include internal tracking, print production understanding, tracking of all scheduled deliverables solely for Card projects and linked Packaging in the Creative Department. Beginning with design delivery to the Master Team, followed by Photo, Type, Prepress Production and QC. To include updating FileMaker Pro Trax, acquiring answers for internal questions and issues that arise in the Creative Department while maintaining delivery expectations for Creative resources for print production.   Job Duties: - Responsible for timely delivery of project specific components and files to vendors. Ensures product workings and files are complete and punctual to scheduled delivery dates. - Build on the current processes to drive efficiency, improve process and communication, and create best-in-class project management practices. Manage and execute corrective action as necessary. - Attends all Engineering and Kickoff Meetings for projects, as well as additional meetings that may be necessary in order to resolve challenges that arise during the production cycle. - Manage time effectively, ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams on complex projects such as job engineering, prototyping, production specs, packaging, etc. - Direct weekly Creative Department Trax Meeting and actively determine problem areas and involve the necessary people to implement solutions. - General knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing, to include comprehension of trapping, overprinting, line screen, dot/press gain, color space, touch plates, 5th and 6th colors and Foil Stamping. - Responsible for ensuring all licensor changes to product elements completed. - Manages communication with Purchasing to ensure all support vendors are on time to manufacturing schedules. - Responsible for recommending savings/cost opportunity analysis and the implementation and management of cost analysis measures put forth by Management.  - Accurately captures production numbers for the Creative Services Director, including number of Designs created and mastered, Cards assembled, Forms built and replacements made. - Adhere to process procedures and pre-established guidelines, ability to perform duties under minimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgment. - Ability to maintain flexible work hours. Work hours are mostly consistent, but production requirements require flexibility.   Requirements:   - Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business Management, Operations or a related field or equivalent experience. - 4+ years of experience in the field of project management or related area. Title: Virtual Coding Instructor Location: Virtual within UK (MUST reside in the United Kingdom) Salary: $19.81 GBP Hourly 3 Week Program + Training Training begins June 4th, Week Zero: July 26th - 30th, Classes Run: August 2nd - August 13th   About the Role: Our client is seeking enthusiastic computer science instructors for their 2021 Virtual Summer Immersion Program. Their curriculum is designed to educate, inspire, and equip high school girls with the skills and resources to pursue academics and careers in the technology and engineering sectors, as well as build bravery and confidence. Their virtual program is unique in its approach by offering students across the country to participate in a 2-week virtual class that includes synchronous and asynchronous instruction alongside college and career exploration opportunities.     We believe all girls have the interest and ability to code. Our Virtual Summer Immersion Program Instructors encourage, nurture and mentor girls, providing them with the essential support needed to build their interest in coding and computational thinking.    Responsibilities: - Lead instruction and effectively facilitate an exciting, engaging and accessible virtual classroom environment for a highly diverse group of 30 high school students. - Utilize virtual learning tools and platforms approved and provided by our client in the delivery of your virtual lessons and classroom. This may include tools like Google Docs, Google Classroom, Zoom, and Pear Deck. Training and time to practice with tools will be provided by our client. - Prepare for class each day by reviewing curriculum materials in advance and adapting them to meet the needs of the students in your class. - Meet with the teaching team daily to share classroom notes/observations, plan the next day’s lesson, and review student daily feedback. - Complete administrative duties including taking attendance, administering programmatic surveys to students, and completing daily and end of program surveys in a timely fashion - Schedule and co-host classroom office hours with your Teaching Assistants (TAs) to troubleshoot students’ questions, review misconceptions, or provide debugging tips based on projects. - Facilitate advisory meetings 2-3 times per week with students to engage in sisterhood activities or icebreakers in order to build stronger relationships.  - Manage a team of 2 TAs who serve as support in classroom management, lesson delivery, logistical tasks, virtual classroom setup, etc.. - Communicate and collaborate with another teaching team to coordinate, schedule, and manage shared Partner Engagement events and cross-classroom activities like project showcases.  - Support the growth and development of relationships with important partners by serving as a representative of the organization during all virtual program activities  including virtual partner engagements, guest speakers, and partner visits to the classroom. - Effectively address students’ challenges and questions to ensure that all students are engaged and demonstrating understanding of course material. - Incorporate accommodation recommendations from our client for students who have varying learning needs. - Communicate regularly and effectively with all internal staff throughout the duration of the program. - Counsel students, as needed or requested, with maturity and appropriate discretion. - Interface with student’s families, if necessary, in a professional manner and follow proper protocol. - Meet with supervising Site Lead on a weekly basis to review post observation feedback and check-in on student progress or concerns.  Qualifications: - Degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or education; must be completed by the start of the program.
