Clinical Study Manager Contract-to-hire $110-120 per hour Remote- EST hours TCW Global is currently recruiting a Contract Clinical Study Manager to join our clients team. The anticipated contract length is 6-12 months. Ideally it is full time however we are open to considering a part time contract of at minimum 60% or 24 hours per week. This role will be responsible for two studies that have completed enrollment and tracking towards completion. Responsibilities: - Oversee internal team, external pharmaceutical partners, and CRO team meetings, submit agenda items for meetings, assure communication cascade for all relevant information to functional service leads as well as Project Management function. - Oversight or direct management of the day-to-day clinical operations functions both internally and of external vendor partners, including management of vendors (e.g., CRO) and coordination of activities - Partner with assigned PM counterpart to review budget accruals Responsible for identification of out-of-scope activities for the CRO partner and communication internally of said out of scope activities. Seek to participate in securing approvals as appropriate. - Primary point of contact for internal and external clinical team escalation for questions from CROs, 3rd party vendors, sites, etc. review of CRO metrics reports, monitoring reports, monthly updates - Synthesize and report out on reports generated by other functional areas. May be asked to create reports to share with Departmental Leaders to communicate the overarching progress / status of the study.
