Overview

Title:  Employee Experience Coordinator

Location: Nationwide remote opportunity

Term: 6-month contract (potential for extension and/or conversion)

Pay: $27 - $30/hr. DOE (Weekly pay)

Full-time M-F

Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision

 

Our client is growing rapidly and seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will support the execution of our global employee experience, with a focus on owning the project management of community and anniversary programs.

 

Who
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented cultural ambassador with a demonstrated track record of delivering employee-focused projects. They also have:

  • Experience with project management and administrative tasks – employee anniversary programs and/or events experience preferred
  • 1+ years of work or internship experience is highly desired
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Experience using Zoom, Slack, G-Suite and Espresa is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data
  • An eagerness to learn about celebrating culture and increasing sense of belonging to an organization

What

As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will live the Magic values:

  • WRITE IT DOWN: Own Procurement and Legal requests for new contracts and invoices to ensure contracts are approved and vendors are paid on time.
  • DRAW THE OWL: Manage back-end technologies and processes for anniversary program, company store and community programs as they come up.
  • BE AN OWNER: Manage the ordering and inventory of anniversary program items. As well as channels for community building.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Create reports to forecast how to grow the anniversary program, benchmark participation, and help map other data for community building.
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Maintain data integrity and approve orders for anniversary program.
