Location: Remote opportunity

Term: 6-month contract / hire

Pay: $50/hr. DOE (Weekly pay)

Our purpose is the fabric of our organization, and we’re growing our Social Impact team so we can grow and evolve the ways we do good in the world. We are looking for a Social Impact Coordinator to help expand our mission of democratizing law. Reporting to the Social Impact Sr. Manager, the person in this role will support in the day-to-day coordination and execution of our current programs and initiatives and be a champion of our internal and external social impact initiatives across the organization. We are looking for someone with a service mindset, a passion for doing good, and the drive to help expand our internal and external philanthropic programs that reach our customers, potential customers, employees, and recruits.

Reporting both into the Marketing and People Operations orgs, Social Impact aims to innovate on ways our business, products, and people can help solve real world problems. From forming strategic alliances with nonprofit and other socially minded organizations, to fostering a culture of giving inside our organization, we our shepherds of our mission.



  • Serves as point and key information holder on day-to-day activities in social impact initiatives, from donations, to product donation, to grants, and marketing activation
  • Supports Social Impact Sr. Manager in delivering on strategy, execution, and regularly reporting on metrics
  • Works cross-functionally with other department heads to support with project plans and timelines for key internal and external activation programs, from People Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Sales, Customer Care, and more
  • Coordinates processes between Social Impact and other departments to deliver on partnership commitments, agency relationships, and employee giving programs
  • Coordinates calendars against timelines for program project plans
  • Serves as point to Finance for new vendors, payments, and other necessary documents needed for social impact initiatives
  • Serves as point to Legal to help coordinate contracts, NDAs, and other documents as we enter into new social impact engagements
  • Updates budgets regularly, in partnership with Social Impact department and Finance teams
  • Assists in outreach and responds to internal and external stakeholders for key Social Impact Initiatives—partnership support, fundraising, donation requests, speaking engagements, internal communications, etc.
  • Manages employee giving activities and paperwork, from match programs to vetting nonprofit organizations
  • Coordinates internal volunteer programs and opportunities, particularly during the company-wide Impact Week event
  • Partners with People Operations to ensure policies and other HR administrative duties are adhered to
  • Supports Employee Networks (ENs) in coordinating co-chaired Social Impact and EN initiatives, and serves as key communicator between the two departments
  • Stays up to date on best practices, industry trends, and more to help create best-in-class social impact programs


  • 3+ years in social impact/corporate social responsibility, or related roles either in an agency or nonprofit setting
  • Proven experience in efficiently running timelines, project plans, and budgets in cross-departmental marketing initiatives
  • Brings genuine curiosity, passion, and heart in serving our communities in the name of democratizing law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of community, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate and service multiple projects at once
  • Ability to anticipate issues and take proactive efforts to problem solve
  • Passion for contributing to larger strategy and creative execution
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Desire to grow with the organization and be challenged with new opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
