Term: Temp, 6-month temp-to-hire, or direct hire

Pay: $16 - $20 DOE / hr. (weekly pay)

Hours/shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30Pm with OT. 2nd shift 2:30pm-10pm

Our client develops advanced lithium-ion batteries for industrial uses. Our clients solutions utilize its proprietary battery management system (BMS) and in-house engineering and product design. Our batteries deliver improved performance, extended cycle life and lower total cost of ownership than legacy lead-acid solutions. Our client sells primarily to equipment OEMs, their dealers and battery distributors. Current products include advanced battery packs for motive power in forklift equipment, stationary power for solar storage, and airport ground support markets.


We are looking for Assembly Technicians. Position is full-time, 40-hours a week; overtime as needed, including weekends, may be required. Travel up to 25% may be required; as well. We are looking to fill openings on first and second shifts.





  • Assemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power tools
  • Fasten cables and wiring
  • Perform basic functional test of completed assembly
  • Rework of non- conforming production assemblies
  • Maintain assembly production record
  • Perform routine daily cleanup
  • Other duties as required.




  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Lite manufacturing assembly
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly
  • Training in maintenance, repair, machinery operation, assembly, etc. a strong plus
  • Self-starter and ability to suggest solutions when problems arise
